John and Elizabeth Toole
John Toole, owner of Toole Insurance Agency, began his career in insurance in September 1987 as a marketing representative for multiple carriers with Combined MGA. Over the years, he gained extensive experience in the industry, building strong relationships with both clients and insurance providers. In 1999, he and Elizabeth Toole acquired an established insurance agency in Lufkin, TX, renaming it Toole Insurance Agency. Their goal was to create a customer-focused agency that provides personalized coverage tailored to the unique needs of individuals, families, and businesses.
John has been a licensed insurance professional in Texas since 1994, bringing decades of expertise in risk management and policy solutions. Elizabeth, licensed in Texas since 2001, has been instrumental in the agency’s growth, overseeing daily operations and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service. Together, they have built a reputation for reliability, trust, and a commitment to helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance with confidence.
